The Salvation Army opened a flood donation center today for anyone impacted by flooding.
You can pick up or drop off items at the former office max building near Northpark Mall in Davenport.
It’s open Monday through Saturday, 10 to 6 through the end of May.
Currently, flood cleanup kits and water are available.
If you’re looking to donate, here’s what they’re looking for.
“We are still accepting things like bleach, rags, suits, masks, gloves, any kind of tool, shovels to get muck out of their house,” Major Scott Shelbourn, Salvation Army Quad Cities Coordinator:
A valid driver’s license or state issued ID is needed to pick up items.
The Salvation Army will not be accepting clothing, food or household goods at this time.
