One of the newer systems that were introduced with Persona 5 Strikers is the BOND system which allows you to allot points towards certain gameplay boosts and you earn points towards that by progressing through the game and accomplishing certain actions. While a great deal of them wasn’t exactly game-breaking, they do provide enough of an advantage that you should familiarize yourself with what’s available and what you should be saving for because not all skills are available right from the start. Thankfully, we have this BOND skill list for you so you can properly prepare for the skills you’d like to build towards!

| HP Boost | Increases maximum HP of all party members. + 5 HP per level |
| SP Boost | Increases max SP of all party members. +3 SP per level |
| Strength Boost | Increases St for all party members. Affects physical attack damage. St +1 per level |
| Magic Boost | Increases Ma for all party members. Affects magical attack damage. Ma +1 per level |
| Endurance Boost | Increase En for all party members. Affects defense. En +1 per level |
| Agility Boost | Increase Ag for all party members. Affects criticals/auto-evades. Ag +1 per level |
| Luck Boost | Upgrade Lu for all party members. Affects crit evasion/ailment rates. Lu +1 per level |
| Pass Appeal | After performing a Baton Pass, the Showtime gauge will fill faster. Guage Rate increases with every level. |
| Harisen Helper | Increases chance to trigger Harisen Recovery. Chances increase with every level. |
| Oracle Recovery | Restores HP and SP to all party members at the end of battle. Amount recovered increases with every level. |
| Martial Arts | Increases damage for physical Persona skills. Skill damage increases with every level. |
| Spiritual Arts | Increases damage for magical Persona skills. Skill damage increases with every level. |
| Tactical Arts | Increases chance for Persona skills to inflict status ailments. Chance to inflict ailments increases with every level. |
| Supportive Arts | Increases duration for buffs and debuffs from Persona skills. Increases the duration with every level. |
| Joker’s Wild | Increases chance for masks to manifest. Increased chances with every level. |
| Ambusher | Restores HP to all party members after a successful ambush. Amount recovered increases with every level. |
| Phantom Striker | Increase damage when performing a phantom dash. Phantom dash damage increases with every level. |
| Avenger | Evading an enemy attack can grant a much stronger counterattack. Damage increases with every level. Sometimes grants debuffs. |
| Ammo Hoarder | Increases ammo count for all party members, based on gun type. Max ammo increases with every level. |
| Proper Showman | Increases damage for Showtime attacks. Damage increases with every level. |
| Spiritual Blow | Blows landed recover SP. SP recovered increases with every level. |
| Smart Shopper | Score better deals at Sophia’s shop. Sales affect more items with every level. |
| Metaverse Medic | Increases the effect of healing items. Recovery effect of items increases with every level. |
| Bondmaker | BOND level will increase more quickly. BOND experience gained increases with every level. |
| Highwayman | Increases chance to obtain items at the end of the battle. Drop rate for items increases with every level. |
| Extortionist | Increases the money obtained at the end of the battle. Money gained increases with every level. |
| Safecracker | Allows more difficult chests to be picked open. The level of locks able to be picked goes up by one with every level. |
| Master Chef | Enables the creation of more food with stronger effects. Cooking level and strength of dishes’ effect in battle increases with every level. |
| Treasure Hunter | Increases chance to encounter Treasure Demons. Appearance rate of Treasure Demons increases with every level. |
| Packrat | Junk parts become easier to obtain. Drop rate of junk parts increases and the amount dropped also increases with every level. |
