Australian actor Luke Mitchell first came to fame on his home continent through the nighttime soap opera "Neighbours," where he played Chris Knight. From there, he became a regular on "H2O: Just Add Water." His breakthrough role was on another Aussie soap, "Home and Away," where he played Romeo Smith for an astonishing 673 episodes.
Mitchell then made himself comfortable in the action-adventure genre. He was John Young on The CW's "The Tomorrow People," and after "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" wrapped, he joined CBS' "The Code." From there, Michell found himself a regular on NBC's "The Blindspot," where he played Roman Briggs for 52 episodes. He subsequently appeared on "The Republic of Sarah" for The CW and was a regular on the 3rd season of "Big Sky" as Cormac Barnes. Hopefully, audiences will come to enjoy Mitchell's ways when Season 9 of "Chicago Med" debuts an abbreviated season on January 17.
